As for their claims of builder never being on site or doing a final walk thru, they are false. The owners and Camellia Homes did two final walks, one for punch list items and 2nd the day of closing. Had they not been satisfied with completion of punch list items, they should not have closed on their home. As well on trash, we offer our customers the option of doing clean-up to save them money on their home. This customer chose to do their own clean-up, in which we tell them if no trash receptacle is on site, contractors will leave trash in a pile at the home.

After 5years, Camella haven't give my title up to this very moment and its been said that still in RTC for the re-institution.
I am also waiting for turnover, supposedly last Oct.23, 2021, in Davao. Camella postponed it because it needed to be inspected more before turnover. They said before the year ends, but it is just a week to go. I asked to have it corrected but unfortunately they only covered the cider block over with concrete.
I will not recommend these builders to anybody. They got our house mixed up with another one and didn't pour out slab or order our shutters. They rushed us all the way to closing not wanting to go in and fix and what needed to.

The time they turnover the unit to me, the window was not properly installed because cannot closed and lights switch was broken. They tricked me to sign first in the turnover documents and They promised that they will settle it but... Few months after turnover, the wall of unit has many cracks and paints was torn. This company was under another name when we built our home in 2000. To this date, we have had leaking and rotting wood due to the design of the home outside.
