We welcome this customer to open the lines of communication again after our unsuccessful attempts to right what they feel have been wronged. As for their claims of builder never being on site or doing a final walk thru, they are false. The owners and Camellia Homes did two final walks, one for punch list items and 2nd the day of closing. Had they not been satisfied with completion of punch list items, they should not have closed on their home. As well on trash, we offer our customers the option of doing clean-up to save them money on their home. This customer chose to do their own clean-up, in which we tell them if no trash receptacle is on site, contractors will leave trash in a pile at the home.
Low expensive standard fixings in the house which are falling apart already. Extremely slow construction even before the Outbreak situation. I have taken pictures and sent them to Carmella homes who insist on using there contractor.

You may, check all your documents with Camella so you have a proof that there's an agreement and timeline for the turn over and such thing. I saw lot of complaints with Camella, lot of them are posted online but until now no action is taken for them to improve their service. What I would like to say is you may be waiting in vain.
I paid my unit fully in BDO bank and they dont have the title. They pass to me an endorsement letter and certificate of full payment. The bank said, they got guarantee letter only from Camella. After 5years, Camella haven't give my title up to this very moment and its been said that still in RTC for the re-institution.
I am also waiting for turnover, supposedly last Oct.23, 2021, in Davao. Camella postponed it because it needed to be inspected more before turnover. They said before the year ends, but it is just a week to go. I asked to have it corrected but unfortunately they only covered the cider block over with concrete.
