I will not recommend these builders to anybody. They got our house mixed up with another one and didn't pour out slab or order our shutters. They rushed us all the way to closing not wanting to go in and fix and what needed to.

Regional sales manager made aware of rude employee that yelled at me and did nothing. This is the least thing I expected but it’s been 2 weeks since I followed up on the status of my unit. Been 2 months since I last checked the unit and I still don’t know the turnover date. Read homeowners reviews before hiring the Custom Home Builder to help with your project in Lake Charles.
The time they turnover the unit to me, the window was not properly installed because cannot closed and lights switch was broken. They tricked me to sign first in the turnover documents and They promised that they will settle it but... Few months after turnover, the wall of unit has many cracks and paints was torn. This company was under another name when we built our home in 2000. To this date, we have had leaking and rotting wood due to the design of the home outside.

The brick work is not meeting the official Philippines housing standards and it will for sure crack. We don't have enough money to perform a full remodel or extension right now, so we'd like to do something temporary in the meanwhile . Let us choose our preferred connection because we are the one who pays for it.
Management doesn't have a clue what employees feel and don't care to ask. If you give any advice that's against your supervisors or another's ideas you have a target on your back. We work in a very caring atmosphere and strong teamwork. Company is always looking for ways to improve patient and employee satisfaction.
The complain on the backfilling have been... This August, I was expecting that the house is ready for occupancy as they told me before. However i was surprised to know that it wasn't done still. Though very much dissappointed, I just asked the agent for a site visit but even the site visit was not allowed. I've been paying for this, but havent seen the site yet.

I paid my unit fully in BDO bank and they dont have the title. They pass to me an endorsement letter and certificate of full payment. The bank said, they got guarantee letter only from Camella. After 5years, Camella haven't give my title up to this very moment and its been said that still in RTC for the re-institution.

We got Ella Model House from Camella Nueva Ecija, and it was turned over to us in December 2019, a milestone for us after working so hard abroad for years. Supposedly it was a great vacation for the whole family and everyone was excited to enjoy our first family house in the Philippines. Sad to say, the Management said that water and electricity lines were still in progress, and they will be installed in due time.
